2.1 Scope of Services: We offer window cleaning services exclusively for residential and apartment buildings with exterior access. The specific services provided will be as described in the booking confirmation or any written agreement between us.
2.2 Service Limitations:
- We do not clean windows that are inaccessible, unsafe, or damaged.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff.
- Additional services (e.g., screen cleaning, gutter cleaning) may incur extra charges.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 Bookings: Services can be booked through our website by requesting a quote. Booking is subject to availability.
3.2 Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in the loss of the deposit.
3.3 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a service appointment without penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing: Our prices are based on the type and size of the property, the number of windows, and any additional services requested. All prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4.2 Payment:
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept credit cards and online payment.
- Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.
4.3 Estimates: Any estimates provided are not binding and are subject to change based on the actual condition and accessibility of the windows.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Access: The client must ensure that we have at least 3 feet of safe and adequate access to the windows, free from all furniture, rugs, or obstacles. This includes removing any obstructions and ensuring that pets are secured.
5.2 Condition of Property: The client must inform us of any pre-existing conditions, damages, or special requirements related to the windows or property.
5.3 Utilities: The client must provide access to water and electricity if needed.
6. Health and Safety Regulations
We commit to adhering to the standards of Washington state’s health and safety regulations, particularly regarding worker safety. Our commitment to professionalism and safety is paramount in every service we provide.
7. Environmental Considerations
In our window cleaning process, we do not use any cleaning chemicals, ensuring an environmentally friendly service.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Damage: While we take utmost care during our services, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., faulty installations).
8.2 Insurance: We carry liability insurance to cover any damages directly caused by our negligence during the service.
8.3 Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
